I am listing something on ebay because of the 10 cent special and when it comes to the final page where you submit it and it shows how much the fees will be to list it it shows all of the regular prices-no ten cent thing and I did use the button to sell in the email ebay sent me-but still nothing...what is going on? do they give the special price after???
